Generally Interview is held in the company premises. It actually consists of 4 rounds. Written test, Technical Interview, Hr Round and US Telephonic Round Written test consists of 25 questions which has all Basic questions on PHP and MySQL What i observed is they will mainly filter the candidates in the 32nd and 3rd Round. So maximum of students were qualified to the 2nd Round They will ask you to come on other day for 2nd and 3rd Round 2nd round is a Personal Technical Interview HR was so friendly. He checks you the confidence in you and your grip in subject. He asks you to write some queries on MySQL. Total interview would be about 15 - 20 min max all the students attended for 2nd round would also attend the 3rd round also . It was general HR Questions like family background, tell me about your self They will filer the maximum candidates in these two rounds and a maximum of 3 - 4 students would be forwarded to final round It was a telephonic interview - Problem with him is his voice is low so u should talk to him by turning on your loudspeaker He checks your communication skills and English, he asks about your mini and major projects - It is about 25 to 30 min You should able to convince him that you would not leave the company in future at any cost. Over all it is the interview process Any way i got rejected in final round :p All the best for your future Endevers
