I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Modis (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
Lengthy, four separate interviews and a workshop by the time it was all said and done. Also had to complete a hour long assessment online, which was pretty simple. Just remember your elementary math.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Modis (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2019
Interview
I had a great phone screen with Modis for an Executive Recruiter role. The hiring manager was impressed with my recruiting experience. I then was informed of the next phase of their interview process, and the hiring manager tentatively set an interview date but needed to confirm the time of day. I never heard from the hiring manager again after sending a thank you note, a follow-up email and phone call to inquire. It is very unprofessional and disappointing to treat any candidate this way. Candidates do deserve to know if the position filled or the needs of the job changed.

Question 1
I was asked to explain the types of roles I've hired during my recruiting career.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Modis in Jan 2018
Interview
Met with VP and Executive Recruiter. I came in 3 times total for the interview. Staff was very nice. Call center atmosphere and always doing things outside of work. People, overall are very successful here. It is a grind if you are up for it.
