I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Modern Climate (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview felt like a sales pitch. Recruiter read down a list of questions, seemed thoroughly disinterested in my answers, and spent the majority of our call telling me how the company was "coming back" after a series of layoffs (which is itself a point of concern).
Leaving the interview, I felt that I had been told more about their "shared rooftop space" than about the position itself.
The most disappointing part of the experience was their communication: I was told that they would get back to me within two weeks, yet it took them a full month to get in touch regarding next steps. All in all, this interview left me with a poor impression of their agency.

Question 1
Questions were brief, mainly looking for experience with programs and tools consistent with position.

Interview
First was a phone call with HR to discuss the role and my experience at a high level. Then an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. The hiring manager never joined the video chat and I was left waiting until I eventually gave up and left. HR was sympathetic, but the hiring manager seemed to have zero respect for other people's time.
