Model 1 Commercial Vehicles Service Manager interview questions

Interview process was pretty standard, typical "describe yourself, what are your goals" etc. Interviewer was descriptive of the position and answered all of my questions within their understanding. The interview went fine, what wasn't fine was the fact both in the interview and through a follow up email I was told I was a great candidate only to be ghosted while trying to schedule a second interview with the VP. Unprofessional and if another candidate was being pursued I should have been acknowledged that they were no longer interested in a second interview.
