I applied for the position through the SOA website and then on the company website. A recruiter contacted me and arraigned a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. I was asked to come on site for an in-person interview (This is where things got wonky): 3 hour interview, 6 different 30 minute interviews with the team members. 1 person called in sick, another person was late to the interview, 1 interviewer was telling me about her dog (WTF?) and my final interview lasted 15 minutes. They kept asking me questions which had nothing to do with the position. The interviewers were not listening to my answers and kept asking redundant questions. I had to remind the them a couple of times that I had answered the question before. For future interviewees: no onsite parking, plan accordingly. Bring something to drink, because you will not be offered anything and you will get thirsty.

I was originally interviewed for an internship. The process took a total of around a month and a half. I started with a phone screen, then phone interview, a panel Skype interview, then finally an in person interview with the VP of HR and 2 different managers (around 3 hours total).
