The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ModSquad (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied on website with a resume. The application wanted a lot of social media profiles. It seems like a very judge-mental way to approve an applicant. After a few days I received an email stating they will not move forward with my application. I believe that they age discriminate. It’s a no experience job. I have plenty of office and customer service experience.
The interview process was easy to follow. I had a quick call with the recruiter and then a language test. After that there is a final call with the Project manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Self introduction.
What would you do if you encounter some problems that you can't solve in your work?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ModSquad (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
When I was hired in the company was still pretty small. Hiring/interviewing was done by the HR department. As the company grew Hiring/interviewing shifted onto the Project Managers and away from HR. The general process is now:
Receive resume
Put into one of two pools (regular resumes, and employee recommended resumes)
Resumes in the employee recommended are looked at before the regular pool.
When a project needs to be staffed or need another employee, Project managers, go over the pool select an resume that sounds good and then contacts them. The project manager then interviews the possible employee. If the manager believes the interview to go smoothly the resume is passed along to the HR department who then processes the possible employees paperwork and runs a criminal background check. Once the BG check comes in, if clean, person is brought on and trained for the project.
