ModCloth Anonymous interview questions

Super informal and casual. I had a call with a recruiter that went great and then one in person interview. I was told that I would be considered for next steps and asked for my availability to meet with the rest of the team. I submitted my availability several times but was ultimately ghosted by the recruiters. I don't know why companies do this. If someone is no longer a good fit or the position has been filled... let them know.
