There was fairly standard initial screening call, but the interviewer was very optimistic about moving forward and was quick to schedule a second interview.
During the second interview, I was asked to break down a system I had worked on at a previous position. Despite this being a bad question to begin with (due to potential NDAs and privacy issues), I did my best to answer. The interviewer was rather rude about critiquing my choice as "not impressive" and proceeded to give an example answer that did not even answer the original question. Given that the minimum experience for the job posting was 1 year (which I exceed), I'm not exactly sure what his intent was. The interviewer's behaviour implied that he was not expecting entry-to-mid level applicants for this position, despite the job listing.
Given my experience and some of the other reviews, it would seem that there is serious communication issues within the hiring process at MobilityWare.
