MobileLIVE Software Developer interview questions

Warning: Avoid this place at all costs, very unprofessional. Was met by a developer who did not talk much, was given a test with pseudo code. Completed most of it and then was told they would let me know. They basically judge you based on appearance rather than coding skills. Never asked to see the things I had developed and did not even go over any behavioral questions, let alone questions ask you questions for the platform you develop in. It is the most bizarre interview as the person interviewing you ignores you for long periods of time without acknowledging your existence. Phew dodged a bullet there, imagine working with these people. A message to management, get proper people to interview others, not some random developer that don't understand your platform or any code that you have written. Also, an interviewer has to be constantly engaging in conversation rather than ignoring you while you are in the room or even ignoring you when you ask if you can show them some of the projects that you had worked on. Again I would advise others to avoid this place at all costs, if the interview was like this, imagine what the workplace environment would be like.

They seem a little unorganized but pleasant. Was asked a lot of basic JavaScript fundamentals-type stuff. Had two technical interviews, as well as a short personality interview. The senior developers there seem very competent.
