By stages:
1) CV selection
2) In-person or telephone interview with a recruiter
3) In-person interview with a mid-senior manager
4) In-person interview with your future boss.
In many cases stages 2 or 3 can be skiped.
After you have been selected on an inteview you are given a questionnaire about your past employmenyt, conflist of interests etc., the wuestionnaire then goes to security department for screening, if OK you receive an offer and invitation to sign the labor contract.
For top-management roles you may be asked to pass through an assessment center where you normally introduce a business case and/or IQ/motivation/psycho test.
In many cases the recruitment process may take more than 1 month.
