Hiring process is very thorough. You have a very lengthy interview and if cant convince the boss that you work ethics and dedication are phenomenal then you will not get a phone call back.

A position with the company is better secured if your already in the medical field so most of the questions highlight your experience out on the field. If you have no medical field background you will not be a worthy candidate.
