Mobilart Mobility Solutions interview questions

Initially, everything will looked fine. But as the interview process will move ahead, there is a lot of delay, which is fine till you get replies and being followed up but 'best part' is that no one bothers to reply after making you complete almost 3-4 assignments, 'NO REPLY, EVEN FROM THE HR'. I wouldn't have wrote this if I was not selected, I would have accepted that must have tried to improve myself, instead I am writing this because there's no reply, neither positive nor negative and they expect you to wait. No replies to follow up mail(s) or Text messages. They very actively replied till they wanted the assignments, and creative ideas in it but as soon as it's done, no replies. Now, I have started to feel as if they gave an assignment for one of their client's live project and have stolen my ideas that I submitted in good faith, as an interview assignment. This is not any rebound or anything, it is just an honest review. I've no grudges too, but I just want the company to understand that if your time is important, so is someone else's time. One suggestion: Even if you want to or don't want to hire anyone, atleast have courtesy to inform and even if not that, then atleast reply if you're being send an enquiry for the update. #NoHardFeelings #HonestReview
