The interview process at Mobicule Technologies extended over approximately 1–1.5 months and consisted of four rounds. During this period, I was asked to visit the office twice, which required significant time and effort.
While the initial rounds were conducted professionally, the process became inconsistent toward the end. What was communicated as a final HR/salary discussion round unexpectedly turned into another technical/managerial interview, effectively becoming a fourth evaluation round without prior clarity.
The tone and nature of this round felt repetitive and dismissive, especially considering the number of rounds already completed. Despite progressing through all stages and being led to believe the process was nearing closure, I was later informed of a rejection without detailed feedback.
Overall, the process lacked:
Clear communication about interview stages
Respect for candidate time and effort
Transparency during the final decision-making stage
Such long, unstructured hiring processes can be discouraging for candidates, especially when expectations are not set upfront.
