Responded to a LinkedIn posting - was set up with a Google Hangout with one of the employees. Very casual and relaxed, more of a fit interview. Only about a half an hour so really had to be on point. Really impressed with what the company is up to, nice people, but wasn't necessarily a fit for my experience at this point.
