Overly enthusiastic, over promised growth, then low-balled the starting pay but promised to make up with commission based on client sign-on. Job offered was same day, started immediately. Did not discuss job specifics or work experience and was more interested in personal details and not standardizes (giving first date vibes)

The interview is simply a conversation about yourself , put resume aside and prepare to do an elevator speech about yourself. Talk about family life, what you like to do for fun, etc.
