1. Screening - asking about your detail information, current salary, expected salary, etc
2. Technical Code Test - Given some requirements, you need to solve it on both front & back end side.
3. Technical Interview - more details about fundamental, framework in depth, Principles, etc
4. HR Interview
This is the best one, she plan to arrange an Interview between you and your potential client, without even telling you, how much she will offer you (Luckily, I asked this). and I'm really surprise she continue to process me, even though her offer (salary & benefits) are less than my current salary & benefits.
at the end, I just waste my time & energy, and I got nothing. meanwhile, she got my data, and put it on her talent pool database. fair enough.
Suggestion: if someone doesn't good enough in your opinion, just reject him/her, instead keep on processing & lowball him/her in the end.
Overall, I enjoy the tech interview, it's quite fun and challenging.
