I applied online. I interviewed at Mistplay in Jan 2021
Interview
Nice process. Starts off with a call from their recruiter. She asked me about myself, my experience, and all that. Gave me a run down about the role and what to expect from the teams and the interview process. Was well spoken, but also made me feel comfortable as if talking to a real human. Next step was a takehome test, but I screwed it up and didn't get selected to move forward.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mistplay in Jul 2020
Interview
Basic HR screen, asking questions about you and what you know about the company and to get some background on you.
Then they send you a coding challenge to complete. That is, if they don't ghost you. Avoid this place.

It was regarding Javascript Promises and how data flows
Coding challenge was an 8 hour challenge where you have to build an Android app preferably with Kotlin with a bunch of requirements of different complexity level. It's definitely challenging depending on how far you get but it's important that you have fun with it, which I did.
