The interview lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and had a panel of 6 interviewers. It was a behavioral interview that tests a candidate's ability to respond to unexpected questions. Only one questions was asked about my potential strengths or fit for the role, all other questions were designed to seek out potential weaknesses of a candidate. There were only 2 questions out of about 20 that asked about my experience as an engineer. I wouldn’t have accepted the job if I was offered after that interview.
