Had to complete a series of exercises demonstrating proofing, writing, and analytic skills on top of the usual interview process. The exercises were fairly lengthy for it to only be a portion of the interview process.

BEWARE of this company, and don't waste your time applying! I saw these prior reviews as a red flag and should have withdrawn my application.
I applied a long time ago, and they took MONTHS to initially contact me back. I replied quickly to all of their emails, but their main point of contact took a week or more to respond.
An Excel math/analytics test is required for this writing/editing role, and they explicitly state this test has nothing to do with the daily job tasks. If you aren't familiar with Excel and using the formulas or you have weak math skills, you will struggle with this.
These tasks were very time-consuming, but I know I produced good work. About one week after submitting them, I was told I was no longer being considered. No further explanation about why, and I know I am directly qualified for the job. I'm concerned they'll end up using the email copy I wrote for the content strategy test as work for their own clients!
This entire process was a waste of time and felt like a scam. In the rejection email, I was also sent a link to some sort of outside job board or skills training website. When I clicked on it, I got an internet notification warning to not proceed because it was "a known and dangerous website."
