Found through online applications. A recruiter contacted me and set me up with an interview so easily that I thought it was shady. After doing research on the company, I became very interested. Had to practice my role-play all through the night. Had an interview with the DM and went very well. Went through my resume and talked about me and the company. Role play went well and I got an offer.
