First round is more general: Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc. Second round is very specific: Looking for skills and certain phrases to make sure you can do the job. Lots of scenario questions, and if the answer is unclear, they go off script and press for more.
