Interview
I applied online and received a request for an interview. The interviewer mixed up my job application and thought they were interviewing me for another position. They course corrected and were generally cordial and it was a fairly average interview. However, we corresponded a bit after and I didn't receive a rejection until April 2021. I applied in like June 2020.

Question 1
Are you comfortable handling both videography and editing work? Are you available to be in person at our test kitchen/studio space for shoots? Is your schedule flexible depending on shoots and are you willing to work overtime if needed?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Misen (New York, NY)
Interview
1 call with recruiter, 2-3 video interviews with hiring manager and team members, plus a take home photography test with a Misen product. I went through most of this process over a period of a month or so, and then didn't hear back until 3 months later when the hiring manager reached out again.
