There are a lot of changes required: 1. It shouldn't take a lot of time to arrange for just Human Resources around 15-20 days. 2. If you decide to pursue any job application, you should at-least take 1 technical round to feel the candidate is respectful and fair rather than after 20 days of waiting just say we found someone else, it seems rude and disrespectful. Apology if I was rude, but I felt the same during the whole process.
