Interview
First employee needs to give a phone interview, will be asked about themself, their acedemics, n then the expected salary.
then the employee is called for 1st round of personal interview.
and then for 2nd round of interview after few days.
both the round of interview are more or less the same.
They probably check the vocubulary. During first round one test for designing is conducted.
after 2nd round of interview if you are selected you will be called to join the company.
