Relatively easy. Completed a written task which was not difficult, however was told the job was given to someone else on the basis that they were ahead in the application process.

Initial screening call which led to a multiple task assessment and after that waas completed they offered an interview. If you get past this interview, you then get an in person interview.

Background and previous experience/work in job area.
The interview process was thorough with several rounds and exercises to do over the span of a few weeks. The whole process did take longer than normal with 6-7 rounds of interviews/excel/presentation.
