Initially applied through cv and then asked for an interview which took around 20 minutes going through some personal question about personality, then some picture tasks, followed by some situational questions and about your general fashion style and the fashion world

Phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the manager which was fairly in-formal. Friendly experience from start to finish, and good communication throughout the experience, was a typical retail interview

Interview
After I applied I had a brief telephone interview just discussing pay and my expectations and more general questions about me. Then I was invited to an interview in the shop which lasted about half an hour. The interview involved many questions and two activities: one ordering tasks for the day and another selecting which outfits were Mint Velvet.
