Ministry of Sound interview questions

Invited to in-person 1st stage interview, cancelled on the day without reason and re-arranged to the next week. It's an informal chat to discuss why you want the job and why you'd be a fit, lasted 45 mins. 2nd stage I was told would be a task based interview but I never heard from MoS again even to tell me they wouldn't proceed. The lack of basic value on people's time or generic updates indicated to me amateurs - I didn't bother to follow up myself as I found this off-putting

I sent my CV by email and they called me for an interview which I attended. They gave me the go-ahead and told me that they would email me the date of my first day of work. They never did. I wrote multiple emails to them asking for a response and they never responded, total lack of professionalism.
