Responded to a Craigslist ad. I believe it is the only way they fill positions. Most likely you will have a face to face interview offsite, or at a location that is of lower volume, more organized and with the least amount of drama with staff. The senior manager will fly into the city where the site manager is needed and spend about 2-3 days interviewing a small handful of candidates that made the cut. Very basic and rushed interview with the interviewer distracted by emails/texts on phone. They stay away from 'go getters' , 'movers and shakers' because the job is repetitive and any who is too intelligent will get bored easily. To prevent flying back out someone will be hired.
