I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Minerva Networks
Interview
Two interviews with several people each time. The first meeting started with written test. Thinking back on it I should have walked out then and there. The questions were fairly simple UNIX and networking questions. They were the sort of questions that would have been part of any technical interview. But at no point after the initial meeting were any technical questions asked. Questions seemed to focus more work ethic and availability.

Question 1
Nothing really difficult. I was surprised to be asked if I watched much TV. And somewhat dismayed when the interview asked (pen in hand) for a list of my current employers active accounts.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Minerva Networks (New York, NY)
Interview
1) phone call
2) video call
3) onsite with on technical test, and two in person interviews
Phone call and video call were fine. Gerry seems like a cool guy, recruiter sounds fine, maybe a little unenthusiastic.
Onsite was bad. First did a networking/Linux test which seems somewhat outside the job scope.
The next people that interviewed read off my resume like it was a script and asked questions about it. At times the interviewer had a condescending tone.
The office has a great view, but no one was there and there were stains on the carpet.
I've had great interviews and bad interviews. This was bad. Skip if you aren't getting a very senior position.

Question 1
Why do you want to leave your company, is it because I used to work there and it sucks?
