I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mindshare (Montreal, QC) in Sept 2021
Interview
First screen call then HR manager. Standard for the most part but done on zoom. I believe it was a waste of time in the end as it was difficult to gauge interest from the get go.
Phone screen with recruiter which was followed by interview series with department leadership. Discussions focused on experience and situational examples. Overall it wasn’t difficult and seemed like chemistry was a major priority which makes sense give the type of work and ability to partner across various specialist talent. Very strong culture. Took about a week for offer to be made and was very excited to join.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mindshare (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I will preface this by saying I am a former Mindshare employee. I saw an opening and applied to return [aka boomerang] - it was long enough that that almost everyone had turned over.
The interview was fine - the usual questions and much of the BS was skipped because I was a former employee.
I did have to correct the hiring manager MULTIPLE TIMES which account I was interviewing for.
After the interview; I was ghosted like a as first date.
