From personal experience, I barely passed recruitment. The interview process was difficult.. but thorough. I believe Mindmaven's vision is to match its clients with high quality people so they screen recruits meticulously. And I know this has been proven true with some feedbacks here. There will always be places that will be easy to get into with better offers but I've always believed that if it will be easy, it will never be worth my while. Although the process was challenging, the opportunities Mindmaven has given me is incomparable with the offers I've had pre-employment. They really mean it when they say "high quality" and "vouched for".
