A CEO Who Shouldn’t Be Running a Company
If you’re considering working here, think twice. My interview experience was a complete waste of time, thanks to the CEO’s incompetence and unprofessionalism.
I spent days preparing for this interview, including a detailed presentation that showcased my skills and insights. But the CEO couldn’t care less. Instead of giving me a fair chance to present, he dismissed my work outright and wasted time with pointless, directionless questions that had no relevance to the role. It was painfully obvious that he doesn’t take hiring seriously—which says a lot about how he runs the company.
Beyond that, his behavior was shockingly unprofessional. He seemed uninterested, disengaged, and acted as if conducting an interview was beneath him. If the CEO himself doesn’t respect the hiring process, imagine how little he values his employees. This is not the kind of leadership that builds a great company—this is the kind that drives good people away.
A strong leader values talent, respects people’s time, and fosters professionalism. This CEO does none of that. If he can’t even conduct a decent interview, imagine what working under his leadership would be like. Avoid this company unless you enjoy working for people who have no idea what they’re doing.
