Streamlined process. Because of what they do identify talent is engrained in their DNA. From first contact to virtual and in person interviews, the process was easy. You could tell the competency of the process by some of the questions asked. I would say Mindfinders excels at qualifying talent and a time-efficient manner.

Interview
I meet with approximately 3-4 people who seemed like they were in between doing other things multitasking all over the place. There was a big volume of paperwork to be completed and I spoke to each interviewer separately briefly after that.
