Interview
The process started with a talk with HR and a normal conversation regarding my experience. The last part was theoretical questions from the HR person which was the bad part. They were straight questions and there was no room for discussion (for obvious reasons) so In my opinion those questions should have been made by something with a tech background
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindera in Oct 2025
Interview
I was called for a starting conversation about my carrer path. a couple minutes in, they tell me i was referenced by someone in the company. I told them i had never heard of the person. the interview continued and it was determined that i did not have enough seniority for the position, which i indeed did not have, Couple of days later i recieve a request for another interview for an analogous position. I accepted, and withing a couple of minutes the same talk about being refrenced by the same person in the company. This only proves they do not look at your CV, nor do they cross information about candidates
My process was Recruiter, Technical, RH. After that silence. I received good feedback, but they stopped sending emails, no final decision (the silence is a final decision, :D). But the whole process was warm, very nice people, I wish I could be part of the company.

Question 1
All tech questions about React, NodeJS, database, performance stuff, and so on. Two tech tests in TypeScript. The second one in React.
