I was called for an interview, prepared for a Junior position. After introducing the company, the recruiter told me that there was another open position for a mid-level HRBP and asked which one I would like to participate in. However, I didn’t even know what the difference between the two positions was and was prepared for the Junior interview. I said to her: well, I'll explain my experiences, and you decide. I explained absolutely everything so she could have some direction, and at the end of the interview, she gave me feedback to be more objective, which I found very unusual, considering that I didn’t even know what the position was about in the end.
Besides that, she said she would send me a link for a logic test after the interview, but she NEVER replied to my emails. After almost a month, I received an email saying that I didn’t pass. It was simply a disorganized process, unstructured, unprepared, unprofessional, and arrogant on the recruiter's part. I do not recommend it if you are an HR professional like me. Companies forget that recruitment is an important part of attraction."
