I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mindbody (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Had a great experience. Good cross section of phone screening with various key stakeholders, a helpful recruiter who owned/facilitated the process, a paid trip to the HQ (from the other side of the US) for a very helpful in-person interview opportunity which really sold me on the role, and several hours of interviews across a set of friendly set of people who were obviously invested in getting a candidate who understood the challenges and who they felt they could work with.
Many rounds with cases on the spot with zero time for preparation. The recruiter was amazing and the rest of the team as well. Overall it was a great experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody in Aug 2024
Interview
6 interviews focused on key product management skills. Starting with initial screening from People team, moving to initial conversation with hiring manager, business case with colleague (focused on logic and product thinking), stakeholders interviews (Marketing and Engineering) and finalizing with a business case with several senior product leaders.

Question 1
What's the correct way to assess impact for a Retention based problem?
