The interview process was very comfortable and insightful! The company is a Predictive Index Certified Partner consultant group that really focuses on putting the right people in the right roles and , from start to finish, they practice what they preach! I actually learned valuable insights about myself while going through the PI assessments and the interview process. It was not a lengthy process. I had a phone interview followed by a zoom interview, and then was invited for an in person interview. The interview questions were well worded and while some required more thought than others, there were none that were unreasonable or confusing.
