Dear Candidate,
Thank you for reviewing us even if unfavourably.
However, we are surprised at some comments as made by you in the review.
At Mind Edutainment, the interview process is viewed as an opportunity to learn, for both the interviewee and the interviewer. As mentioned by you, Mr. Khurana was giving feedback to answers immediately upon you answering, it is done to provide an opportunity to the interviewee to improvise and also, to assess the resilience of the candidate.
It has often been noticed that while in need of a job, candidates overpromise and agree to various terms which later they regret as they end up contributing to family discomfort.
However, the job profile you were interviewed for - 'facilitator' is a highly responsible job profile with no or negligible scope of personnel change during the academic year, as it hampers the young children, who get attached to a facilitator during the process.
Thus, extra precautions are taken to understand the family dynamics like family background, stay arrangements, etc. to ensure efficient delivery at the school (client) location while adhering to regular early morning reporting. Leading to questions asked, to adjudge if the job applied for may bring ease or unease to you or your family.
Still, we are amazed at you considering these questions intrusive and justifying them for large organisations but not small organisations. However, we all free to have our opinions.
We at Mind Edutainment wish you well for your future and job hunt.
Regards,
HR, Mind Edutainment
