Miltope interview questions

Half of a day. Met with the engineering team, Director of Eng. and Pres of company. Went to lunch with members of the team and received an offer that day.

Standard interview process of meeting with individuals and describing past work. First was a phone screen with a recruiter. Second was a phone screen with 3 individuals on a conference call. Third was an onsite visit to meet the team. Fourth was another onsite visit to meet the vp.
