Was invited to an Assessment Day. Well organised process. Assessment Day consisted of a group exercise, individual presentation, partner and principal associate interview, and a written exercise. Heard back 2 weeks after the Assessment Day.

Fairly informal and open - was scope to expand answers in greater depth. Standard scenario-based questions, for example, what would you do if you were stuck on a task. Was given a good amount of time at the end to ask questions.
