OCI screening interview, plus 30 min to an hour callback, depends on the coordinator I think. Friendly attorneys and conversational interviews. Behavioral questions and some intellectual engagement with a legal question or topic. Ghosted after callback. Wildly inappropriate.

Interview
The process was very casual and involved four 30-minute interviews with different attorneys. Each attorney went through my resume and asked for questions I had. Before the interview, the firm provided me with my list of interviewers so that I could prepare targeted questions in advance.
