I interviewed at Miller & Carter (Smethwick, England)
Interview
I got the interview and it was actually. Longer than expected. But it was okay. Was really nervous because it was my first interview for a job. I don’t know what’s it like for other locations
Quick and easy process. From application to job offer to induction within a week. Kind and friendly staff. Able to connect well with me and my personal interests and offers flexibility in shifts.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Miller & Carter (Hatfield, East of England, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview started seven minutes late. Premises was unkempt, run-down and had a few areas where the plaster was falling off the walls.
Interviewer just filled out an application form on my behalf (I'm quite capable of doing so myself, so why she did so I'm not sure), didn't bother detailing an accurate employment history and didn't even bother telling me her name until after the interview had concluded.
Clearly this interview should have been performed by someone qualified in a premises that didn't look like it had barely survived nuclear fallout.
