I interviewed at Miller-Valentine (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
3 interviews. First interview is from HR, second is remote, and third interview is in person. Got to meet with the team I would be working with. Meet up other employees.
It is a pretty straightforward interview process with standard questions. The questions were the basics of why you want to move, why MV, etc, as the interview was more of a cultural fit vs. skills-based. Overall, they are good people, have a relaxed work atmosphere, and a nice office setting in Downtown Columbia, SC.
Virtual interview call set up to discuss the position. The video was set up in advance and easy to log onto. It was a basic interview setup for current times.

Question 1
Basic questions such as background, why I was interested in the company, how I thought I would fit. It was overall pretty stuffy and stiff in questions.
