I interviewed at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company
Interview
Pretty straight forward process, differs from department to department but know the basic first principle questions and be able to speak to things on your resume in details. Good luck
I applied online. I interviewed at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company
Interview
I was asked to prepare a 15 minute presentation on a technical project and answer questions about my work. I found the interview process to be challenging but impressive-- they asked detailed technical questions about my presentation.

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company (New York, NY)
Interview
Application followed two phone call interviews with memebers of the team followed by an in person round table with the entire team. Round table was fine, mostly just position related questions and questions of the team getting to know me. Final interview was followed up by a higher level post spacexer that just basically asked me a couple brain teaser questions. Totally pointless and she definitely didn't care about my experience....just wanted to feel smarter. Millennium will struggle to recruit if they keep doing stuff like this. Jason Kim needs to build back their reputation but I highly doubt he's going in that direction. I work at a similar company and in my dealing with the customer they have mentioned their loss in faith with millennium as well since the Boeing buy out. Walked out not wanting the job and pretty annoyed.
