I applied thru Ultimate Staffing, and was contacted by the Ultimate recruiter, working with her through the process. She did mention that there were internal struggles, where there was change in management so people were leaving as a result, so it may have been a good opportunity for me to get in and have room for growth per what she thought. I was able to speak with the internal HR, then The Hiring Manager, but they barely asked me any questions, and didn't ask me to ask any questions back which was weird, since I wanted to get to know their own experiences and the culture, etc., which was very fishy. In the end, I was told I was the top candidate and to expect an offer, but followed up for a few weeks after that anticipation but nothing came through.
