Millennium Corporation interview questions

During my interview, I was asked various questions about my approach as a system tester, including a leadership scenario involving a team member who was underperforming on their deliverables. There was also a significant focus on obtaining qualifications such as Scrum certification, despite the fact that the supervisor who was also the interviewer had only achieved their own certifications within the last six months and did not have them when they initially joined the company.
