Recruiter screen—standard questions about experience. Was evident they had looked at my resume as they asked specific questions.
It followed by a task (editing, writing) that took at least 2 hours.
After that task, was called by the team / hiring manager (2 people), then moved to the next step which was a final task (writing, SEO), after which there would have been an offer.

- Explain a time you had to learn a new skill on-the-job
Phone screening was lengthy and felt more structured than most initial screeners. Conversational and friendly. Good communication and email response time. Typical process with one interview a week in between interviews on average. Zoom platform.
Their initial contact was by email, in which they setup a screening phone call. The call was pleasant and then they gave me an original assignment with the deadline of one week.
