Interview
I was interviewed for the software developer(Dot Net) role for Mumbai location. First round was a recorded video interview, if you clear that next will be online test where we need to create a list of items(Skill set) with add item using html, css, javascript, angular js, etc on codepen.io. If you clear that next round would be with their Director of Software Development, where you will have all the technical questions based on SQL, OOPS, C#, MVC, etc. And then the final round with Director of project management, there the questions would be reason for job switch, current salary and expected salary. Being a technical enthusiast, i believe in technology upgrade to provide better solutions(yes, ofcourse keeping in mind all the challenges and time parameter). But either i was not able to explain my point to interviewer in my last round of interview or the expected salary was the rejection factor. Hope this will help someone else grabbing the offer. Pre-recorded video interview was a little jarring but the questions were mostly personal with one technical question. I would not hesitate to avoid if you think that is a bad practice, however. I did get called for a follow up interview around a week later.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial pre recorded video interview, followed by a technical round that covered my expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and front-end technologies. The final round was a cultural/managerial discussion to assess my problem-solving skills, project experience, and ability to work in a team. Throughout the process, everything was well-coordinated, and I always received timely updates.
