A phone interview for 15-20 mins followed by two typing tests and list of your direct references. I was caught off guard with the phone call and had to answer some basic questions regarding my experience in HR. The person on the phone then told me she will send me an email with two typing tests and ask for my direct supervisors email and contact number for references. I provided the information on the same day but never heard back from them after that. On the phone I was told that I would be a very good candidate for the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miles HR (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
The interview was between 15 minutes to half an hour with reasonable questions such as my availability, my preferred wage, what type of tasks I was willing to perform, my future plans, why I wanted to work for them, and how I can apply my skills to the position I applied for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Miles HR (Vancouver, BC) in May 2018
Interview
I was contacted within 24 hours of my application and a date for interview was set. I was welcomed in a warm and professional manner at the office. I was given a complete picture of the work involved.
