It was a screening interview in Spanish. Then a panel interview. The panel interview was a bit odd; I got the sense the legal director did not like me. But both attorneys seemed nice and very dedicated to their positions.
People were very kind, easy to talk to. I really enjoyed getting to know the team and learning more about the position. I would recommend interviewing with Mil Mujeres and accepting a position, too.
